Universal Cleaning Solutions is the newly established exclusive provider of Rainbow merchandise in Sri Lanka. Rainbow, originally created by Rexair LLC, is now a world renown cleaning solution attributed by its unique water-based filtration technology. Currently, the Rainbow cleaning system is distributed and utilised in more than 70 countries worldwide.
We at UCS want our clients to live their lives in a germ-free environment both at home or at office. The SRX Rainbow retailed by our company will help fulfil this requirement.

Our Leadership
Senaka started his career in the early 1970s with Shaw Wallace & Hedges Ltd. and moved to the reputed multinational conglomerate Reckitt Benckiser Sri Lanka. His immense experience in management and operations took him to Lagos in Nigeria, after which Senaka joined EMSO Ltd. In Sri Lanka, a pharmaceutical & healthcare equipment company, where he served as its Manager for Business Development. Senaka later joined the Rainbow dealership in Sri Lanka as its Sales & Marketing Manager and was able to introduce the Rainbow vacuum cleaning solution to many households in the country. He later moved to Ceylinco Consolidated as its Title Insurance Manager.
Senaka Bibile brings with him a wealth of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Operations & Leadership with a diverse portfolio in sectors such as FMCG, Insurance, Healthcare and Industrial products and services. Senaka Bibile is a past pupil of Carey College Colombo.
Dinuka commenced his career at Standard Chartered Grindlay’s Bank as a Sales Representative. He gradually moved to the level of branch Banking Officer prior to moving to HSBC bank where he held many key positions in its retail banking. Having a flair for client services and sales, he offered the bank’s proposition driven products and services to both domestic and overseas clients, moving quickly on to the position of Manager of Loan Sales. After an illustrious banking career, Dinuka moved to Asian Alliance Insurance where he served as the Manager of Sales for SME sectors and later joined Arpico Finance Co PLC as its Manager of Deposits & Savings. He soon enrolled at Charles Sturt University Australia where he received a Master of Business Administration specialising in Marketing and a Graduate Diploma of Commerce.
Dinuka Bibile is a past pupil of St. Thomas’s Prep School. He brings expertise in the areas of sales, client services, operations and leadership. He has worked in diverse sectors in Australia ranging from Energy to Food & Beverage and the Department of Customer Service for the state government.
